With the redesign of the centralized Viva Suite experience in the Microsoft Admin Center (MAC), designers across Viva teams faced the same question: where do we even start? Without clear guidance, the risks were real: fragmented experiences, inconsistent patterns, and teams reinventing the wheel in isolation.
The new framework was a foundation, but designers needed a way to actually understand how to build in it. So I built a playbook and toolkit that translated technical infrastructure into practical, actionable guidance, empowering Viva product designers to build with confidence and consistency from day one.
